Gem Club Rewards Page

The ShopShops Gem Club Rewards Program is offered exclusively by ShopShops to all registered users who have placed an order on ShopShops. The Gem Club Rewards Program Terms are outlined in the Terms of Service and you agree to be bound by these terms, which may change from time to time.

There are four (4) tiers of status in the Gem Club: Emerald, Sapphire, Ruby and Diamond.
 
  
Emerald
Emerald status is granted for Gem Club members who complete an order minumum of one (1) fulfilled qualifying order of merchandise in the last calendar quarter (earning quarter), defined below. Emerald status is good for the following calendar quarter (rewards quarter); after that, quarterly requalification is required. If a member does not requalify for Emerald status and does not qualify for Sapphire, Ruby or Diamond, they will not have Gem Club status until they qualify again.
 
Sapphire
Sapphire status is granted for Gem Club members who complete an order minumum of two (2) fulfilled qualifying orders of merchandise in the last calendar quarter (earning quarter), defined below. Sapphire status is good for the following calendar quarter (rewards quarter); after that, quarterly requalification is required. If a member does not requalify for Sapphire status and does not qualify for Emerald, Ruby or Diamond status, they will not have Gem Club status until they qualify again.
 
Ruby
Ruby status is granted for Gem Club members who complete an order minumum of six (6) fulfilled qualifying orders of mechandise during the calendar quarter (earning quarter), defined below. Ruby status is good for the following calendar quarter (rewards quarter); after that, quarterly requalification is required. If a member does not requalify for Ruby status and does not qualify for Emerald, Sapphire or Diamond status, they will not have Gem Club status until they qualify again.
 
Diamond
Diamond status is granted for Gem Club members who complete an order minumum of sixteen (16) fulfilled qualifying orders of mechandise during the calendar quarter (earning quarter), defined below. Diamond status is good for the following calendar quarter (rewards quarter); after that, quarterly requalification is required. If a member does not requalify for Diamond status and does not qualify for Emerald, Ruby or Sapphire status, they will not have Gem Club status until they qualify again.
 
Status Qualification Explained
Membership tiers are awarded on a quarterly basis. The quarterly periods are as follows:
  • Q1: January, February, and March;
  • Q2: April, May, and June;
  • Q3: July, August, and September;
  • Q4: October, November, and December.
There are two defined periods in the Gem Club program: the "earning quarter" and "rewards quarter."
 
If a Gem Club member placed 6 orders in Q4 (the "earning quarter") the Gem Club member would qualify for Ruby status in Q1 (the "rewards quarter"). If that same Gem Club member placed 1 order in Q1, the Gem Club member would be "Emerald" status in Q2.
 
All Gem Club rewards are valid only during the reward quarter and are subject to terms and conditions, including expiration dates. Rewards do not carry over.
 
Qualifying orders are orders that take place on ShopShops, when signed into your ShopShops account. Qualifying orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. Virtual items (e.g. "tips" and/or "Entrupy Only Purchases") do not qualify as an order.

Member Day Deals
On the 22nd day of each month of the eligible rewards quarter, enjoy exclusive discounts shared through a private in-app poster. Deals may vary depending on the Gem Club member's tier. Terms and Conditions apply. See poster for details.
 
Birthday Offer
All Gem Club members with a status of Emerald, Sapphire, Ruby or Diamond, are eligible to redeem one Birthday Offer per calendar year during the month of their birthday. Gem Club members must enter their birthdays on their account profile to redeem the birthday reward. All birthdays must be entered before the first day of the Gem Club member's birthday month in order to receive the birthday reward in that calendar year. The offer will be dropped in the Gem Club member's account in the first week of their birthday month. The offer can be redeemed at any point during the birthday month. Terms and Conditions apply. Quarterly Private Events
Access an exclusive quarterly livestream event per rewards quarter. Access is granted through a private link sent to eligible Gem Club members.
 
Quarterly ShopShops Credit
Enjoy credit to shop on ShopShops! Receive $15 off $15 as a Ruby Gem Club member and $45 off $45 as Diamond Gem Club member, in the eligible rewards quarter.
